Joey is a drummer absolutely overwhelming, and I'm delighted to have him as part of the Zombie family. His uncanny ability promises to bring live entertainment to a new level of madness.

Jordison also commented, saying:

Quote:
I am honored, proud and excited to announce that I have joined the ranks as the new touring drummer Rob Zombie. I've been a fan of Zombie, from the beginning. I've toured with them and have always wanted to play with them. John 5, when I called and asked if he knew of a drummer to recommend, I said, half jokingly: "Yes, me!"

Jordison is universally recognized not only as one of the best drummers in hard rock, also known as one of the most talented skinsmen in music, period. He'll be sitting behind the drums for several appearances and tours throughout the year, ie, the tour "Gruesome Twosome", with Zombie, along with his longtime friend, Alice Cooper, which starts on 26 Canada in April and will take place from May 4 in Wyoming. Following this historic tour, Jordison will tour with Zombie as part of Rock Star Energy Drink Mayhem Festival 2010, Zombie is co-leader with Korn. That tour kicks off July 10 in San Bernardino, California and runs through Aug. 14 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

"This program and set-list is mind blowing, and what better way to kick things off with" Gruesome Twosome "tour rock legend Alice Cooper,"

Jordison said:

Quote:
I want to thank all the fans for their support Slipknot and Rob Zombie fans for welcoming me, Demonoid Phenomenon is on its way!
